Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. The only exceptions are if you receive the incorrect item or if your item arrives damaged during transit. For any order issues, please contact us through the contact form on our website or
for any order inquiries and issues.
If you had an item broken during transit and opted for a replacement, we will not send another replacement if the replacement is broken again during transit or provide a refund. Please file a claim with your mail carrier as packages are insured.
